what is the final total when a school size of 2100 pupils is increased by 18%?

$\ 100 + 18 = 118\$

$\frac{{118}}{{100}}\times \ 2100= 118 \times 21\$

$\ {\rm } = 2478$

answer: new school size is 2478 pupils
